Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a security deposit is required.

How are the utilities billed?

​Utilities are billed through a third-party provider using a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBs).

What are the optional add ons?

Optional monthly add-ons are available and include: parking, renters insurance, and Positive Credit Reporting Service. Parking is subject to availability. 

How do I pay rent?

​Rent payments can be made online through the resident portal.

Is there wifi included?

Yes - internet service is available.

How do I schedule a tour?

Tours can be scheduled online through the Schedule a Tour page or by contacting our leasing team directly.

What is the lease length?

Marco Polo is offering both short term leases and long term leases - reach out to the leasing team for details.
